Hainbuch America recently announced two additions to the company — Jim McCraw joins Hainbuch America as an applications engineer supporting the company’s growing number of regional sales managers across the U.S. and Canada, and Christian Yehle rejoins the team as regional sales manager for the South Central region, covering Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin — Milwaukee, McCraw has spent his 30-year career in manufacturing and designing workholding and tooling systems for the production of a wide range of parts. He has had success leading teams dedicated to optimizing processes, planning for new production, and reducing operating costs. McCraw’s experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to implement the best solutions for their needs makes him a great addition to the sales team and a valuable resource for its growing list of partners, according to the company.
In his new role, McCraw will work directly with the company sales team, partners, and customers to understand requirements and collaboratively craft solutions for their application challenges. He will then help coordinate with Hainbuch engineering and customers to help implement solutions in a timely manner.
Christian Yehle brings nearly 30 years of experience in technical sales including success representing two major manufacturers of industrial balancing equipment. Through his prior efforts, Yehle introduced Hainbuch to many new partners and end users across his territory. He will continue to collaborate with them to find and implement solutions to their applications, while connecting with a growing number of organizations to help them improve their processes and maximize their investment in capital.
