PRODUCT SHOWCASE: VibeMaster Deburring from ALMCO

A portable, labor-saving, round-bowl machine with a ½ cubic-foot capacity for deburring and finishing small metal parts in job shops and metalworking departments has been introduced by ALMCO, Inc. The model VM-1 VibeMaster, available with or without pedestal, is a quiet-running, maintenance-free unit that features a solid urethane bowl that is easily removed from the pedestal for emptying the contents and for occasional cleaning. The machine can use any type of finishing media, for a wide variety of precision deburring and finishing processes. Carrying a one-year guarantee, the VM-1 has been engineered and built by the manufacturer for long, trouble-free performance. Special features include a molded lip on the tub that prevents escape of the finishing media and a 45-degree angled spout for extra strength. Available options include a flow-through compound system and a manual five-piece screen set with container.
